Description
This is the first in a group of four sonatinas written in classical style. Structure and playability are reminiscent of the works of Clementi; tone and character remain true to the classical form of Mozart and his contemporaries. This is a great piece for intermediate piano students to play at recitals. It is fresh and original, while retaining the light-hearted spirit of the classical style.
